The cardiac Rehabilitation Center is a state-of-the-art outpatient facility designed to help cardiac patients return to normal activity through medically supervised exercise, nutrition, and education. The Center features a fully equipped exercise room and an indoor track, as well as a staff of rehabilitation and fitness professionals to help patients throughout their recovery.
