LAPAW works to provide a Second Chance for homeless/orphaned, abused/neglected companion animals. We work in concert with Calcasieu Parish Animal Control to provide funding for medical care/treatment of companion animals in order to make them adoptable. We also work to promote a strong spay/neuter and fostering programs in the Lake Area.
