The Junior League of Lake Charles is an organization of women committed to promoting volunteerism, developing the potential of women and to improving the community through effective action & leadership of trained volunteers. Its purpose is exclusively education & charitable.

This is a collaboration between the Calcasieu Medical society, the Junior League of Lake Charles,Inc. and various others in an effort to plan and provide a free medical clinic for the working poor in the Calcasieu parish area.
