Region 5 OAD is the Administrative and Prevention Office for the Office for Addictive Disorders. All billing and record keeping is handled through the agency. ATOD Prevention Services are also handled within this agency, such as: Monitoring of State contracted prevention programs, Public ATOD information, Reg. 5 Employees' Assistance Program, as well as ATOD public awareness Campaigns.
